Hey all. It’s been quiet here lately, mostly because I’ve been sick for a couple of weeks. And I’m leaving town next week, so it’ll be a bit longer. If you’ve emailed me and I haven’t responded, I’ll get back to you just as soon as I’m back home and on my feet again.
Anyhow, I imagine I’ll have some interesting stuff to write about when I’m back, since I’m attending a training workshop called “Treating the Dieting Casualty,” which should sharpen my nascent counseling skills in normal eating. I’ll also get to meet Ellyn Satter, which I…can’t describe my excitement about.
Talk to you soon.
ETA: A while ago, I promised you tapeworms. So, behold — tapeworms:

Tapeworms, augh.
Site looks great – now I have to read all the articles in the sidebar.
Have a fabulous time at the workshop.
Hopefully by the time you’re done traveling, I’ll have my computer problems ironed out.
Ewwwwwwwwwwwww! The horror ! (re: tapeworms)
Well, now…at least they’re sanitized.
Awww, now. I think they could be kind of fun! Pet tapeworms!
You could teach them to do tricks, use them in science experiments, cut them in half, watch them regrow… miles of fun in every package of tapeworms!
(OK, yes, that’s kind of sick. ;-) Less sick than using them for the intended purpose, though, I think you’ll agree.)
Ugh, tape worm. That’s just not right.
Hope you have a great time at your conference!
I like the wiki!! Do you need a co-moderator? I’d be happy to lend a hand. I’ll register regardless. Maybe we can get some pages initialized and then start publicizing it?
Yeah, for sure…I don’t have time to do it. I’ll put you on and you can go nuts writing articles.
